Why Missed Callback & SMS Callback?
We normally use calling card from office or home phone by dialing1800 toll free access number. This first leg connection from fixed line to calling card company is free. We are only charged for second leg connection depending on destination and duration of our call.
However, using mobile phones to call the same 1800 toll free number will incur a connection fee by the mobile phone network operator. We will be charged for both first leg and second leg connections.
To avoid paying for first leg connection, perform missed callback or SMS callback. Before that, you need to register your phone number.

| 3. | Extiva gateway will call you back immediately |
| 4. | After you pick up the call, Extiva Gateway calls the other party |
| 5. | You can start your conversation after the other party picks up the call |

| 2. | Type a message in this format: B<phone number you wanted to call> |
| 3. | Send business card through SMS to: 012 - 280 1999 or 019 – 221 0099 |
| 4. | Extiva gateway will call you back immediately |
| 5. | After you pick up the call, Extiva Gateway will call the other party |
| 4. | You can start your conversation after the other party picks up the call |

| To reduce your mobile phone roaming charges while you are oversea, you can direct calls to be picked up from another phone (mobile or fixed landline) in the country you visit. | |
| 1. | Compose a SMS in the following format: |
| A<xxxxxxxxxx> <space>B<yyyyyyyyyy> <xxxxxxxxxx> is the phone number you want to pick up your calls from (in the country you visit) <yyyyyyyyyy> is the phone number that you want to call to |

| 2. | Send business card through SMS to: 012 - 280 1999 or 019 – 221 0099 |
| 3. | Extiva Gateway will call you at your <xxxxxxxxxx> number |
